This bike does have some damage from being laid over. The guy said it was only at about 15 mph. Most is in the plastic and then a little on the bar end. This DOES NOT affect the drivability, I have personally ridden this bike on a 2 hour sport bike tour and show. There are no mechanical flaws and the bike starts without a problem every time. Honda is recalling over 20,000 Shadows in the US

The reason was the vibration from the engine, which over time leads to chafing of the fall sensor wire in the common harness. Dealers promise to move the wire to another location and replace the sensor free of charge.
