Up for sale is an exceptionally clean 2006 Honda CBR 600rr in excellent condition and meticulously maintained. Body/Frame is Black with Red and in near flawless condition, frame sliders intact, bike has been lowered (pro-link), rides smooth, tires are in great shape (front and back) and new battery. Runs great and handles well. Bike was purchased in June 2011 with 14,325 miles and to date only has 15,034 miles on it. I do not have a lot of time to ride anymore and have put less than 1,000 miles on it in the past 2 years, that is the reason I am selling it. This beautiful bike is up for bid for someone that has the time to ride and can enjoy this bike to the max! Routine oil changes performed. Bike is always covered and stored in garage throughout winter. Bike has not been raced or wrecked. Clean title in hand. Buyer is responsible for shipping arrangements and the cost to do so. 2012 Honda CBR1000RR Leaked
Thu, 18 Aug 2011Pictures of the 2012 Honda CBR1000RR have leaked from a distributor in Hong Kong, revealing some updates including a Showa Big Piston Fork, updated display and styling facelifts. The photos show the new Honda Fireblade (as it’s known in other markets) in HRC tri-color trim which, judging from color options offered on other recent Honda models, won’t be available in the U.S. 2012 also marks the 20th year of the RR so an special anniversary paint scheme might be offered.

Mon, 23 Apr 2012The Netherlands hosted a dramatic weekend of World Superbike racing that featured a red-flagged wet race, several riders crashing while leading, a first-time race winner, a photo finish between two teammates and the reigning World Champion finishing out of the points because of a poor choice of tires. The 2011 WSBK Champion Carlos Checa arrived at Assen with the lead in the championship and a three-race winning streak, but opting to run wet tires in Race Two cost him the lead and may have contributed to a crash that severely injured Liberty Racing‘s Brett McCormick.
