Honda CBR description

Up for sale is a 2005 Honda CBR1000RR. I'm the second owner of the bike and bought it in December 2012 with less than 900 miles. Bike needed service as it was barely used. Needed a new chain and sprockets, all fluids were flushed and replaced, as well as the oil. Currently bike has only 4,187 miles. Lent the bike to a friend and unfortunately he let it go coming up my driveway. Posted many pictures, no damage to bike at all just the fairings. Clean title in hand. Bike is all stock besides two brothers exhaust and HIDs as stock lighting is horrible at night time. I can be reached here through email, or for much faster response please call or text 718-666-9465. If you need more picture please let me know.

Thank you.

Getting a Taste of Honda’s E-Clutch Technology

Tue, 27 Aug 2024

Is E-Clutch revolutionary or an answer to a question nobody asked? Photos by Simon Cudby Honda has a history of pushing the boundaries when it comes to introducing new tech. Sometimes it’s for the better, other times… not so much.

Back in the day, the All Japan 500cc Championship at Tsukuba

Fri, 24 Jun 2011

This ‘you tube’ gem sent to me recently brought back some funny memories from the scary but incredibly exciting days of 500cc two stroke racing. This particular race was the final round of the All Japan 500cc Championship at Tsukuba Circuit where I enjoyed a head to head battle with national hero Tadahiko Taira. Yamaha’s favourite son at the time, ‘tie wrap’ as we liked to call him, was taller and better looking than most Japanese riders (maybe a war baby?) and went on to win nearly everything in Japan during his career.

We're all doomed...

Wed, 25 Aug 2010

Went to meet Niall Mackenzie at Donington on Saturday. He was doing some one-on-one instruction at a two-day Focused Events track bash, the first to be held at the newly reopened Leicestershire circuit. I was really interested in what they’d done to the track and the new chicane looks the business.
