Rare low mileage Fireblade for auction. Everyone should experience the iconic CBR 954RR at least once in their lifetime. I have owned the bike for a year and it has been an awesome ride, but it is time to move on to something else. The bike is in good overall condition as you can tell from the photos and has had a recent fluid and spark-plug change. The bike has a Corbin saddle, D&D Slip-On exhaust, Puig racing screen and Michelen Pilot tires. She will need nothing until next season and is ready to go anywhere...fast. The bike is available for pick-up in Colorado Springs. Shipping arrangements will be the buyers responsibility but I will assist as much as possible if necessary. Yes, we know the chances of MotoGP going to Spa are thinner than a steam-rolled Supermodel but we like the thought of MotoGP going there. Update: Honda CB750 Prototype Sells For Nearly $150,000

One of only four built, and the only one still in operating condition, bidding for this piece of motorcycling history was fast and furious. However, once all was said and done, the winning bid for this Honda was an astounding $148,100.
Honda Announces 400cc Version of 500-Series Engine
Tue, 05 Feb 2013Honda has revealed a new, smaller-displacement variation of the 470cc parallel-twin engine introduced on its new CBR500, CB500F and CB500X models. The new engine has a bore of 67mm, just like Honda‘s 500-series engine, but a stroke of 56.6mm instead of the longer 66.8mm. The result is an engine displacement of 399cc, which makes the new engine a better fit for markets such as Japan license restrictions are much stricter for engines larger than 400cc.
