Used 2001 CBR 929RR for sale. Has all the plastics removed for the 'naked' look, but will include the plastics, including headlight. Not sure of mileage because it was my roommates. He moved out and left me the bike to try and get the rent for the two months left on the lease.
I have the clean title in hand and had it transferred to my name for easy sale. Battery dead so does not run, but did run earlier this year when he was working on it. INCREDIBLE value for anybody who knows how to fix bikes. Easily over a $3,500, but I'm just trying to get my rent covered for the next two months. Local pickup or delivery arranged by the buyer. Never was it more true than on the launch of Honda's CBR125R and CBR250R where a handful of UK journos were riding elbow to elbow for a couple of hours, with laughter flowing from everyone's lid as we all took turns to back in to roundabouts, burnout through town and wheelie from the lights.. This video shows me chasing Trevor Franklin of MCN fame on a top speed run.
2014 AMA Supercross – Las Vegas Results
Mon, 05 May 2014Ryan Villopoto capped off his fourth-consecutive AMA Supercross championship with an impressive victory at the season finale at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider clinched the title at last week’s New Jersey round so he didn’t have to prove anything in Vegas. But he did, leading all 20 laps and winning by nearly 14 seconds.
Day 6 Dakar 2014: Duclos Wins Stage, Palante Found Dead
Fri, 10 Jan 2014Sherco rider Alain Duclos took today’s stage, eight years after his first win in Bamako. With three top five finishes this year Duclos has proven his own increased competitiveness as well as that of the Sherco 450 Rally bike he’s aboard. In more tragic news, the body of Belgian rider, Eric Palante was found Friday morning on a part of the fifth stage route that riders completed on Thursday.
