Honda CBR description
1994 Honda CBR400RR You will not be disappointed!!
I am helping a friend with this listing, so if you have any questions, please call Bob @ 850-830-8141 or email direct to cobalt454@windstream.net You’ve been riding for a few years, long enough to appreciate the difference between flash and substance. You have arrived at a stage in life where you can indulge in something special, something about which your friends may have heard but have never ridden. A few motorcycles exist at the intersection of exclusivity and quality. My 1994 Honda CBR400RR can check both of those boxes.
I bought the bike two years ago from a collector. Having never been officially imported into the United States, it has an eleven-digit VIN and a km-to-mi converter on the speedometer. The bike has been meticulously maintained and is in superb condition. I have documented any known flaws because you as someone who knows bikes would not be satisfied with anything less.
The odometer indicates 16,737. Due to the transformation from kilometers to miles, it is impossible to know which of those 16,737 are miles and which are kilometers. However, the last 1,400 are miles, each of which was ridden in the mountains of Northeast Georgia, an environment for which this bike was made.
Recent other acquisitions force me offer this exquisite motorcycle for sale at $5500 U.S. My loss is your gain.
Although shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility, I will provide what assistance I can. |

Honda’s V-4 History
Tue, 06 Oct 2009As Honda prepares its new VFR1200 for its official unveiling, the red-wing company has set up a website detailing its long involvement in V-4 engines. It began back in 1979 with the introduction of the NR500 grand prix racebike. Rather than fielding a 500cc two-stroke engine, Honda used a four-stroke oval-piston V-4 motor – essentially a V-8 with four cylinders that could be revved to 19,500 rpm!
Isle of Man TT 2012: TT Zero Results – MotoCzysz Wins 100 mph Bounty
Wed, 06 Jun 2012Third time’s a charm. 2010 and 2011 TT Zero winner MotoCzysz, with rider Michael Rutter, finally became the first to average a speed of 100 mph on the Isle of Man‘s 37.733 Mountain Course on an electric motorcycle, capturing the long-sought after 10,000 British pound (US$15,000) bounty. Wearing the #1 plate for winning last year’s TT Zero, Rutter completed the 2012 TT Zero with a time of 21:45.33 for an average speed of 104.056 mph on the new 2012 MotoCzysz E1PC.
Remember push starts?
Fri, 18 Nov 2011Alongside the most stunning collection of race and road bikes at their Motegi museum, next to some race bikes, Honda also has a step by step guide on most aspects of riding. I photographed the wonderful text on push starting but I also have lots of equally hilarious instructions on cornering braking and even what a riders goal should be. Watch this space...... oh, and hopefully see you at the NEC over the next ten days!
