Honda CB description
500/4 Honda low rider.ridgid project...I beleive this
to be either an old jammer,or santee frame..but not exactly sure..21+18
wheels front to rear..stock honda front end set up with no brake..has
the honda hub laced to the 21 and the tabs for brake caliper still if
you'd rather have one..motor is complete with carbs and electric, turns
over and has compression..will need electrics, wiring, fab work more parts and some love...but
a cool project for short $$....no frame#s I can find.. Nice Honda project.any questions, please call 707-292-3033 BIKE COMES WITH BILL OF SALE ONLY..NO TITLE...IF BOUGHT AND REGISTERED FOR USE IN CALIFORNIA,THIS WILL HAVE TO BE INSPECTED BY CHP WHICH WOULD MAKE IT A SPECIAL CONSTRUCTION. I DISCOVERED IN MY RESEARCH THAT THE ENGINE# WAS TIED TO A FRAME THAT HAD BACK FEES ASSOCIATED WITH IT.,WHICH IS NOT THE FRAME IT CURRENTLY SITS IN..THESE FEES DO NOT APPLY TO THE MOTOR.. .I AM ASSURED BY THE DMV SERVICE I USE WHO HAVE 30 YEARS OF EXSPERIENCE WITH REGISTRATION WORK HERE IN CA.THAT WHEN YOU BRING THIS TO HIGHWAY PATROL AND THEY ASSIGN A FRAME# TO IT FOR CALIFORNIA,YOU WILL BE GOOD TO GO..AND NO FEES APPLY.... IF IT IS BOUGHT BY SOMEONE OUT OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA OR OUT OF THE COUNTRY ,NONE OF THIS WILL MATTER OR APPLY. .ALSO IF SOLD TO ANYONE WHO RESIDES WITHIN CA.,IT WILL ALSO BE SUBJECT TO CA SALES TAX WHICH = $102......OUT OF STATE/COUNTRY SALES,NO TAX APPLYS...CHECK THE LAWS OF YOUR STATE TO SEE WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION/TITLE THERE...SORRY FOR ANY CONFUSION CREATED BY THE TITLE SAYING CLEAR,BUT EBAY GIVES YOU NO OTHER VIABLE OPTION......Nice project Honda..Any questions, please call 707-292-3033

Bradl learns Laguna on a 'Blade
Thu, 07 Jun 2012As neither the 125GPs or the Moto2 classes race at Laguna Seca, Stefan Bradl smartly used his time between the Le Mans and Catalunya Grand Prixs to learn the California track and the Corkscrew ahead of the US GP on July 29th. Riding a loaned Fireblade from Honda America, the German took the to undulating circuit on a trackday, reportedly passing other riders very politely - watch a small glimpse of him here. “Moto2 and Moto3 don’t race at Mazda Raceway so we thought it was a good idea to have a first taste of this tight and twisty circuit." said the 2011 Moto2 champion said.
Hero MotoCorp Launches 125cc Ignitor in India
Tue, 03 Jul 2012Hero MotoCorp has launched the Ignitor, a 125cc premium model based on the CBF Stunner from former partner turned rival Honda. The Ignitor is one of the final models Hero will produce with technology licensed from Honda, and it is expected to bridge the gap before Hero introduces its own new models (with help from a gentleman named Erik Buell.) Like the Stunner, the Hero Ignitor is powered by a 125cc single-cylinder engine. Both models claim 11hp and 8 ft-lb., but the Ignitor reaches its peak torque at 5000 rpm while the Stunner has to spin up to 6500 rpm.
Parrish's predictions for Silverstone MotoGP
Fri, 18 Jun 2010I'm at Silverstone for the British MotoGP and Steve Parrish spoke to us all about his predictions for the podium. Parrish has gone for Stoner, Lorenzo and Pedrosa to take the top three spots and spray the bubbly at the end of the race. Not too sure on his call though as I think Dani will be riding on a high after winning at Mugello and surely the speedy Spaniard will take full advantage and wring the neck of the Honda at the (supposedly) high speed Silverstone Circuit.
