THE LEGEND:This is the bike characterized by Contemporary Motorcycle Historians as the bike that "Changed the Game".The Honda CB750 Four was a milestone in the way motorcycles were designed and built since. They set a new standard in the industry which makes this first series "K0" the most sought after, as well as the fastest of the CB750K models until they introduced the "F0" in 1975 (which used the same hot cam and ignition timing advance curve). When these bikes were introduced, the early ones had a reputation of breaking drive chains when spurred hard ! Of the Six CB750 Race bikes entered at Daytona that year, one that was given and prepared by BOB HANSEN and his mechanic BOB JAMESON was ridden to victory by Dick Mann, then hired gun for Honda. Honda then withdrew from subsequent races because they had nothing left to prove. The Bike is quite rare and unusual in that it was only produced for one year. At the time it was the fastest and most powerful Honda stock Motorcycle offered. The engine came standard with 108 hp and most consider this to be the very first 'Superbike.' With only 13,000 + miles the Bike runs beautiful! This Bike was never run hard. As you can see the color was changed to bright Yellow which I believe is an improvement. Originally it was only offered in two colors (blue and red.) The exhaust has been converted to an all-in-one performance collector which enhances the power. The tires were replaced about 3 years ago. New coils and ignition, chain and sprockets were replaced about 18 months ago. The four stock carbs were replaced with 4 Mikuni Performance carbs. I rode this bike for 4 years, and it was really fun. I stopped riding it 2 years ago and it has been sitting in an old garage ever since. It needs a little work, but it is not an incredibly complex machine. I have not tried to start it in the past 2 years, but it was running when I put it away. This is a completely customized Honda CB750 turned into a Bad-Ass Café Racer. This motorcycle started as a clean, running, stock 1978 CB750. The motorcycle was completely stripped down to frame. Honda Announces Electric Motorcycle Plans
Tue, 13 Sep 2022Carbon neutrality by 2040 Honda announced plans for a carbon neutral future and a goal of introducing 10 or more electric motorcycles by 2025 including three mid-range models and a youth model for North America. Until now, Honda has been very tentative when it comes to electrification, with its main focus being on developing swappable battery packs for electric two-wheelers. Its Japanese counterparts Yamaha and Kawasaki have outlined their own plans, while in North America, Harley-Davidson is days away from finalizing its LiveWire spin-off.
2023 Honda Hornet Engine Details Confirmed

The new Hornet will be powered by a 755cc Parallel-Twin 8-valve Unicam engine with a 270° crank. Honda claims an output of 90.5 hp at 9500 rpm, 55.3 lb-ft.

The name comes from “Dachshund”, as its distinctive T-shaped frame resembles the weiner dog breed, helping it stand out from Honda’s other minibikes like the Monkey and Cub.
