    I have been interested in these classic tiny 4 cylinders ever since I first read about them. If you've ever ridden one you would understand just how sweet they are. Not too powerful but smooth, willing, and unique; just as Honda wanted it to be. I luckily found this example 6 miles away from me and couldn't resist after taking 1 ride on it. The previous owner had bought it out of someone's storage and took it to a repair shop. Some of the work the shop performed included cleaning carbs, adjusting the valves, new tires and tubes, spark plugs and voltage regulator.   He installed the aftermarket single side exhaust and he rode it for a few years before selling it to me.    I have owned it for three years and delighted in teaching my daughter how to kickstart a classic Honda.

Very attractive and clean and with a motor that runs brand new.this beauty will take two people 70 mph on the Expressway "quietly" very enjoyable and you are able to converse between rider and pilot. Kept inside and clean the bike looks immaculate,it has one little dent on left upper part of tank due to a  fall onto grass from a soft standard rest while it was parked. not really noticable actually.The 250cc motor is very clean and doesn't leak oil and we never have to add oil between oil changes This motorcycle drives so nice and does not attract police because of  noise it is so quiet, the saddle bag although useful can be removed your choice, the tires look very good and were never abused.

    For Sale:  1983 Honda CB1000C with 31,400 original miles.  Bike is in overall excellent condition and would probably rate somewhere between a 8 and a 9 on a 10 point scale but as the pictures show, this is still a beautiful machine.   This one is pretty well loaded except for a radio which it does not have.    There are a few very minor scratches on the tank.  You really have to hunt to find any others.  The suitcases have been professionally repainted and look extremely nice.  The pipes are excellent and original and but for some minor pitting and bluing near the rosettes, look very nice and are solid with no holes or leaks.   The seat has been newly recovered and has no marks, tears, or blemishes of any kind.  The tires are brand new with no miles on them at all.  Bike has been garage stored as part of my modest collection for approximately 7 years and has recently been brought back to life with the petcock and carbs completely rebuilt.  The tank has been acid etched and sealed.  The battery is new.  The engine runs beautifully and the bike rides and sounds great with no leaks no smoke and no unusual noises.  If I were looking to take a cross country tour, I would not hesitate to take this bike anywhere.  I have all the keys and all the locks work perfectly.  Also included are the original owner’s manual and tool kit.  Please bid only if you are serious and can complete the transaction if you win.  I am a little sad to have to let this bike go but age and health tell me that it’s time to let some other lucky owner enjoy this bike. This bike has many miles and smiles left in it.

This dream team of bike and sidecar has been a real love affair for the past 8 years that I am really hoping someone else can take over.  A great machine and rig, moving forces sale, it is only a few steps from perfection.   As you can see, the bike has been kept as completely original as possible.  Always garaged, no rust, look at those pipes!  The front forks have been rebuilt with Progressive springs and it has Progressive rear shocks.  Recently serviced with new battery, rear Metzler tire (the front Metzler has maybe 1000 miles on it) brake shoes and Tsubaki chain.  Front brakes were done last year along with professional seat recovering.  It starts up easily (see the video) once warm idles smoothly at about 1100 rpm without any choke, the carbs were rebuilt 5 years ago. Gas tank has been sealed with POR15 which has been holding up brilliantly.  I have done most of the work myself, but have also been blessed with an older mechanic at a local dealership who has one himself at home and knows how to work on the bike.   1977 Honda CB750K with sidecar (youtube.com) Sidecar is a Spirit of America California Sidecar; produced from 1971 to 1975, the magnesium wheel was only available during the later years of production, unable to date any more precisely since they did not produce with serial numbers.  I had the wheel vapor blasted and sealed with urethane.  I stripped the frame to bare metal, then seal with POR.  It has a new shock and new seat and new Heidenau tire.  I have had precision bearings pressed into the wheel.  It also come with a new Gustafson windscreen, which is not yet been attached.  Lights on sidecar are cross wired into CB to share braking and turn signaling  The front fender of the sidecar has a partial thickness crack which does not affect car in any way (see pic) entire body is fiberglass for easy repair.  Fabrication of the mounts on the CB (which can be easily removed) was done by Stace Welding & Metal Fabrication.  I have attached an additional headlight wiring harness to add an additional headlight onto the sidecar if desired, plug and play easy to remove.  I have the bike registered, you can run the VIN to see it's clean, but I do not have a title because Connecticut will not title any vehicle over 25 years old.  Happy to ship the bike using any service you like.  I would consider delivering here in the Tri State area for a negotiable fee.   Watch the bike in action a few days ago at 1977 Honda CB750K with sidecar (youtube.com) Please feel free to message me with any questions you may have or specific photos of the bike you would like to see.   Box of spares too including heated grips and steering stabilizer, wiring diagram and manual, easy to pack into sidecar for shipping.

At the Motodays show in Rome, Honda announced a hardcore version of the Africa Twin, featuring Dakar styling, technical innovations and a price tag that surpasses the exterior of the motorcycle in severity. The Italian division of Honda has comprehensively modified the CRF1000L, giving it the dashing style of an experimental vehicle along the way. There is a pretty good attempt to endow the motorcycle with the features of a Dakar monster.

The Japanese proposed a warning system about the danger that lies in wait for the driver in the blind zone. Honda engineers have proposed equipping the motorcycle with cameras and radars that will detect dangerous proximity to another vehicle or pedestrian and warn the driver through light indication or tactile feedback.

The reason was the vibration from the engine, which over time leads to chafing of the fall sensor wire in the common harness. CARB Certifies 2015 Honda NC700X – Still No 750 Engine in Sight

American consumers hoping Honda would replace its NC700X with the larger-displacement NC750X will be disappointed to know they might have to wait until the 2016 model year to get the 75cc engine upgrade. The California Air Resources Board has granted an executive for the 2015 Honda NC700X, certifying the motorcycle for sale in the state with the same 670cc engine displacement it had since being introduced in the 2012 model year. Now, this doesn’t mean Honda won’t decide to certify the 745cc engine after all; manufacturers resubmit and recertify models all the time, often replacing models are adding additional model using the same engine.
