Honda CB description

I just finished this bike a few months ago and I'm ready for my next project. This is a 81 900F
that I took down to the frame and built it into what you see. I took quite a bit of weight off this
bike so it goes pretty good. Motor is strong with good compression, has just over 30K miles

and I just adjusted the valves. Has Keihin CR 33m smoothbore carbs (completely rebuilt),
new Vance and Hines exhaust, new Bridgestone BT45 tires. New gold o-ring chain and
sprockets, clip on handle bars, new gauges and they are wired and everything works. I build
bikes for a hobby and this is a good one. Frame is powder coated and looks really nice too.
Has progressive fork springs, new fork seals and rear shocks. Sold as is and would prefer
a local buyer. If you need to ship the bike you need to make all the arrangements on your
end. $500 deposit do immediately and the balance within 7 days by bank transfer or cash.

First $3895 takes it home, no test rides without cash in my hand.

I am on vacation still this Sunday so pickup will have to be after the 29th of Sept.

Rea and Haslam Re-Sign with Pata Honda for 2014 WSBK Championship

Tue, 01 Oct 2013

The Pata Honda racing team announced it has re-signed Jonathan Rea and Leon Haslam to compete in the 2014 World Superbike Championship. It’s been a disappointing season for both rider, thanks in large part to injuries. Rea is currently on the shelf with a fractured femur sustained in a crash at Nurburgring while Haslam also missed several rounds earlier in the season because of a broken leg.

New Honda Hornet Concept Revealed at EICMA

Fri, 26 Nov 2021

The 2021 EICMA show was a lot more subdued than previous iterations, without very many big surprises. Most of the bikes that were shown were expected to some degree, and many were evolutionary updates to motorcycles that have been around for a few years. But there was one reveal that seemed to come out of nowhere, and left us with more questions than answers: the Honda Hornet concept.

Jeremy Burgess Out and Silvano Galbusera In as Valentino Rossi’s Crew Chief

Mon, 11 Nov 2013

Valentino Rossi has parted ways with longtime crew chief Jeremey Burgess, ending a partnership that extended across 14 years and three different manufacturers while capturing seven MotoGP and 500cc Grand Prix World Championships. Burgess will be replaced by Louis CK lookalike Silvano Galbusera, a veteran crew chief and mechanic whose most extensive experience comes from World Superbike and Supersport racing. As crew chief and/or technical director, Galbusera has worked with an impressive roster of riders including Troy Corser, Noriyuki Haga, Cal Crutchlow and Ben Spies.
