This is a 1977 Honda CB750K. It has a clean and clear title and runs, but it is not road ready. It will need tires and a full tune up. It is all original except for the right side cover. The exhaust is in good shape. Seat has a tear in the cover. The brakes work and the transmission shifts through all the gears. All of the electrics work including the electric start. It comes with a brand new battery. The gas tank is very clean inside. This is a nice project bike, that could be road ready in just a weekend of work. It would also make a nice restoration project as it is very complete and in decent shape.
While I have described the bike to the best of my abilities, I am not a professional mechanic. Therefore, this listing is subject to inadvertent errors and omissions. Honda Re-Signs Marc Marquez Through 2016 MotoGP Season

We’ve now uncovered design filings that may offer a hint at what the NX500 may look like. However, the design itself isn’t for the NX500, which we expect to be powered by the same liquid-cooled 471cc Parallel-Twin used on multiple other models in Honda’s lineup.
