Selling this beauty. As the title says, it's a 1975 CB550 Four. Bike is incredible. Completely restored and modified into the Cafe Racer look. Frame is powder coated and the tank/rear hump are beautifully painted. Bike has a 4 into 1 exhaust. Has about 17K+ original miles on it and counting as I do ride it often. Bike is kick start only but fires right up. Looks just as awesome in person. Clean title in hand.
Only selling to fund another motorcycle purchase. Don't get me wrong I love this thing but my interests are changing. A Cafe Racer this nice is going to cost you around $4000-$5000 whether you build it yourself or buy one, I know because I've done both. Anyway, a little wiggle room on the price but please don't offer me something ridiculous. Real cafe enthusiasts can appreciate the value here. Serious inquires only. Local pickup only. I must admit, I'd never heard of it before we ran the news story, so I got onto YouTube and tried to find footage of a very efficient and humble Japanese businessman unloading one out of the boot of a Honda Civic in order to minimise their carbon footprint, but no... I couldn't find one.

Mon, 22 Jul 2013Marco Melandri captured his third win of the season, the Ducati 1199 Panigale scored its first podium while Sylvain Guintoli regained the championship lead despite dislocating his collarbone days before the race. But the big news at Moscow Raceway of course was the tragic death of Andrea Antonelli in the World Supersport race. The opening-lap crash in severely wet conditions naturally led to the cancellation of the rest of the events as the World Superbike community mourns the loss of the 25-year-old Antonelli.
