1975 Honda CB400 Four.
75 was the best of the 3 years that Honda built the 400 Four. This is a honest survivor 400 Four It was adult owned all its life and never taken apart or altered in any way. The bike is all there including all the body work and seat. The seat is in excellent condition, and shows very little age. The tank and side covers are all the original "Varnish Blue" bodywork and original paint. There are scratches and wear spots in the paint, but the tank is like new inside. Wire harness is in UN-cut condition The bike has had a new battery installed, and the carbs have been rebuilt, and it starts right up and idles and runs great. The bike also has an original Honda NOS muffler that I just put on the bike which in itself is a very expensive and RARE item. It needs new tires and I would suggest a new chain. This bike would be a perfect candidate for a full restoration, or leave it in original condition. Like the old cliche goes, Its only original once. I will assist in shipping the bike worldwide by providing arrangements for a shipper to pickup the bike at my shop which has truck access. Honda's latest Cub
Fri, 18 May 2012Honda released their original C100 Super Cub way back in 1958 when other bikes at the time proved to be notoriously unreliable and difficult to ride. Since then, they have sold over 27 million C90s, with the step-through framed bike proving to be easy to ride and even easier to maintain. Looking like it's come straight from the film WALL-E, the new UNI-CUB might have two wheels but any similarity with a Honda C90 ends there.
2012 Honda NC700X Recalled in Canada
Wed, 19 Sep 2012Transport Canada has announced a recall for the 2012 Honda NC700X and (Edit: the recall now includes the NC700S, which is also available in Canada). At this point, the recall is only for the X model and only in Canada, but a similar recall may come from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration for the U.S.-spec Honda NC700X. According to Transport Canada, the outer plates on the links of the drive chain may not have received proper heat treatment.
Update: Honda CB750 Prototype Sells For Nearly $150,000
Wed, 12 Feb 2014Two days ago we posted about an ultra-exclusive Honda CB750 prototype for sale on eBay. One of only four built, and the only one still in operating condition, bidding for this piece of motorcycling history was fast and furious. However, once all was said and done, the winning bid for this Honda was an astounding $148,100.
