Honda CB description

Just pushed this out of the garage for the first time in 10 or so years, last registered in New Jersey in 1981. I have no idea where the title is, as this bike was given to me by my brother with grand intentions of restoring it, but it never came to fruition. He tells me it can be re-titled through the New Jersey DMV, but it involves taking out a legal notice in the newspaper, doing a rubbing of the serial number, and running the numbers through the local PD. I simply don't have the time and the energy to do this, but I will be glad to provide a legitimately executed Bill of Sale. If you're interested in restoring it, I'd begin the paperwork procedure right away and restore the bike in the meantime.

So I'm selling this as a parts bike. Part it out and sell the parts on Ebay if you please, and make a ton of cash---I simply need the room in my garage and am not inclined to do so. It would be, however, an easy restoration as all the parts are here, and the engine spins freely. There's a small dent in the tank and the plastic on the left side is cracked.

Bike has been stored indoors since new, but has the typical light pitting of chrome, which shines up bright as a penny with chrome polish and elbow grease. The cylinder assembly and pistons are fine. All parts are present and included in this sale, even the ORIGINAL and COMPLETE set of 4 exhaust pipes, and carburetors.

Pre-bid inspections are invited and welcome, just shoot me a message through Ebay and we'll arrange a time. I'm located just 10 minutes from Middletown, New York, between Slate Hill and Westtown.
