Honda CB description
You are looking at one of rarest and cleanest original (all complete) cb360's in the USA - Original 559 Miles - Runs and drives like new - all electrical works perfect!
This VIN is ending in "1009" making it one of the first thousand 360's off the production line! This 1974 CB360 is in incredible shape, runs perfect and is 100% complete, even the tool kit! It's even has the front Disc Brakes! This bike deserves to be in a museum or Honda shop for display (or ride it and impress all your biker friends) Everything is original except for the spark plugs and tires. See the video of it running here. Youtube (.com) /watch?v=3Ii8IYSc2GU The story that was told from the original owner is that he took the motorcycle on 3 rides and then when starting it for his 4th ride he ran it into his metal garage door (see the small scratch on the front chrome fender photo) there's also a super tiny mark (size of sesame seed) on the tank from the handle bars screw touching the tank. Also a small scratch on the back right tail pipe - see photo. He then parked it for over 35 years before selling it. I purchased it from the second owner in hopes to have it as my daily driver but decided not to get my endorsement, it's too nice for a beginner rider. Showdown: 2021 Honda CRF300L Vs 2021 Kawasaki KLX300
Fri, 04 Mar 2022Entry-level, exit-level, and all points in between Credit: Photos by Evans Brasfield; Video by: Sean Matic | Videos by Sean Matic Honda’s first CL72 250 Scrambler was lashed to the bumper of many a Conestoga wagon as it made its way westward, and I’m pretty sure it was a Kawasaki KLX300 that I wheelied over backwards, circa 1997, that really dampened my enthusiasm for stunting. At least Honda’s had the decency to change its nomenclature over the years to give the impression of evolution. Kawasaki is standing pat with the 292 cc Single that’s powered its KLX since 1996, along with its KLX nomenclature.
2013 Honda CB500F, CB500X and CBR500R Recalled in Australia
Tue, 18 Feb 2014Honda has recalled its 2013 CB500F, CB500X and CBR500R models in Australia because of a defect that could cause an oil leak. At the moment, no recall has been announced for the U.S., though there is a good possibility one will be announced shortly, as all 500-series models are manufactured in the same Honda factory in Thailand. There is a similar recall for the Japanese market for the CB400F, CB400X and CBR400R, which are mechanically identical to Honda’s 500-series models, but with a smaller engine to meet the country’s tiered licensing requirements. According to the Australian and Japanese recall notices, the rocker arm shaft sealing bolt may come loose, causing oil to leak from the engine.
Honda CRF450R Gets Further Refined for 2014
Tue, 14 May 2013The CRF250R received a significant update for 2014, including a new frame and dual-exhaust setup first introduced in the CRF450R which itself received a substantial update year. The current-generation CRF450R may only be a year old, but that didn’t stop Honda from introducing a couple of refinements for 2014. For 2014, Honda had tweaked the engine, adding new intake and exhaust ports and a new dual-timing fuel injection setup.
