DETAILS:
This bike has been completely stripped and rebuilt.  
Frame was sandblasted and professionally painted and clear coated.  
All parts havefresh paint including engine.  
New points, valves adjusted to specs, all around tune up.  Tank is "Red Coated" for rust and leak prevention in the future.  
CEV headlight bucket with Drag Specialties speedo mounted in bucket.  New D3 professional handle grips. Slim tail/brake light and signals.
Original wiring harness and electronics with a few modifications for custom dash board.  Aftermarket high flow mufflers.  Custom seat.  Front disc brakes.  New tires. New battery, new fluid.

All work done by a state certified master motorcycle mechanic.

Shipping is 100% the responsibility of the buyer (anywhere from $150-700).   Bike is AS-IS, what you see is what you get.   The bike is 100% street legal for Michigan standards.  We are not responsible for making the bike street legal for your state.  The top speed is about 70mph, not a highway bike. This bike is not the quickest or fastest on the block, but maybe the coolest!  It is a great "around town" bike, cruising back roads, etc.  Though the bike has been gone through from head to toe it is still a 40 year old bike.

Stoner to Miss Brno for Surgery – Title Defence Likely Over

Casey Stoner has withdrawn from the Brno, Czech Republic MotoGP round to undergo surgery on his injured ankle. Trailing Yamaha‘s Jorge Lorenzo by 39 points and Honda teammate Dani Pedrosa by 21 points with seven rounds to go, Stoner’s hopes of repeating as MotoGP champion before retiring at the end of the season are all but dashed. The Repsol Honda rider injured his ankle in a high side crash in last weekend’s Indianapolis Grand Prix.

Need something to do on August Bank Holiday weekend, then read below: "Although the South West Motorcycle Show has been running at the Westpoint Arena for the last sixteen years, 2010 is the first year that the show hosts the all-new Vertical Trix European Stunt Championship. The show contains all the usual attractions that have been delivered to motorcyclists from over the south-west and further afield since 1994 – including all the appropriate trade stands, and with strong support from local dealers – plus attractions such a a dyno on site, restaurant, bar, bike displays, live music and of course the live action arena. Although the action in the show arena has previously been stunt displays, rather than a full-on competition.
