Up for Sale is a 1972 Honda CL350 Custom period correct chopper. Clear title. Was Purchased from the original owner that built the bike back in 1977. Miles are unknown. Previous owner only rode the bike for a few years, and was parked for decades. Carburetors where cleaned, gas tank flushed, new fuel line, Battery and spark plugs. Bike starts right up and runs and rides great! Electric start is a toggle switch on the left chrome battery box. Ignition is underneath( see picture). Brakes work as they should. Tires look great with lots of tread. All electronics work. No smoke or leaks. Really goes down the rode nice. Hardtail frame, Springer front end. No frame #, Engine #CL350-3113812. Overall in excellent condition, Some of the chrome shows pitting/rust. Worst pitting is on the top of the battery box. Gas tank is metal, Inside is clean. The tank looks to have been molded over and the paint is cracking on the gas tank (see pictures) You receive what is pictured. Please see my other vintage motorcycles and parts. He was doing some one-on-one instruction at a two-day Focused Events track bash, the first to be held at the newly reopened Leicestershire circuit. I was really interested in what they’d done to the track and the new chicane looks the business.

Sun, 22 May 2022Here at modern MO, we probably wouldn’t publish a road test of a new Honda without a few photos of the thing in action. Twenty years ago, though, there was probably a perfectly reasonable-sounding excuse: My dog ate the film, a bear ate the photographer… Most probably, somebody slud the shiny new Honda 919 down the road on the way to the shoot, and the show had to go on. Who knows?
