HONDA CB750 BUILT TO A REPLICA CR750. TANK, FAIRING, AND TAIL SECTION ARE FROM AIRTECH, WHEELS ARE NEW 18' DID FRONT AND REAR WITH STAINLESS STEEL SPOKES AND TIRES ARE NEW. ENGINE IS STOCK AND RUNS GOOD, CARBS ARE REJETTED AND HAVE AIR PODS INSTALLED. HANLEBARS ARE CLIP-ONS AND REAR SETS AND FRONT FENDER ARE HAND CRAFTED. ALL ELECTRICS ARE LOCATED UNDER REAR TAIL SECTION, HAS LIGHTS FOR STREET USE BUT NO TURN SIGNALS. EXHAUST MUFFLERS ARE STOCK AND PAINTED BLACK AND THE ONLY PART ON THE BIKE I DID NOT REPLACE YET WITH UNIVERSAL BLACK MEGAPHONES FOR A BETTER SOUND AND LOOK. OIL TANK IS FORM A NEWER MODEL 750 AND PLACED SO AS TO FIT INSIDE THE FRAME.  BIKE HANDLES VERY WELL AND RUNS STRONG.

As I’ve been gagging for the new race season to kick off so it was almost a pleasure getting up at stupid 0 clock to watch the World Superbike Championship  opener at Phillip Island last weekend. I have to say Messrs Burnicle and Whitham were on form although I was disappointed there were none of the usual verbal attacks on each other that always add to the entertainment.    I’m sure they will put things right soon but the world superbike regulars must have been disheartened that Moto GP veterans nailed five of the six available rostrum slots.
