Honda CB description
Hello up for auction tonight we have an extremely rare Numbers matching Candy Orange 1971 Customized CB750. This is a rare bike with only 16205 miles it. The FRENCHED tank and paint were customized back in the 70's. This bike was layed down in 1976. That is when it was repainted and customized. I Have the original receipt of what was fixed on the bike. The parts that were fixed and all the broke parts are going with the bike as well as all the original and NOS parts you see on the trailer. The original seat, a replacement tank, bearings, levers, shield, ect. ect. ect. There is enough here to put it back original. The Chrome on the bike is in real good shape only very light pitting on a couple pieces. Hardly noticeable. These parts have been in the boxes for years. The aftermarket pipes have a hole in them shown in the picture. There is no original pipes... Thank you for taking the time look at my auctions.. Good Luck Bidding!! Already trailing the other factory teams in development time for its race prototypes, Ducati continued to try to find good base settings for the GP12. Video: Honda Crossrunner v mountain pass
Fri, 01 Apr 2011This road (the one in the video) was a previously unseen, super-steep mountain pass which needed first gear for the hairpins and second between them with an occasional grab at third on the quicker sections. It was the sort of road that pumps up your forearms and makes you crane your neck to see what's coming next (mainly cyclists). The surface was rubbish.
Bradl learns Laguna on a 'Blade
Thu, 07 Jun 2012As neither the 125GPs or the Moto2 classes race at Laguna Seca, Stefan Bradl smartly used his time between the Le Mans and Catalunya Grand Prixs to learn the California track and the Corkscrew ahead of the US GP on July 29th. Riding a loaned Fireblade from Honda America, the German took the to undulating circuit on a trackday, reportedly passing other riders very politely - watch a small glimpse of him here. “Moto2 and Moto3 don’t race at Mazda Raceway so we thought it was a good idea to have a first taste of this tight and twisty circuit." said the 2011 Moto2 champion said.
