Honda CB description

The CB350 was the highest selling Motorcycle in American history. There are several differences between them all, the K2 had one year of production.

This 1970 two toned Candy Ruby Red and White K2 has 9,879 miles. The knee pad on the gas tank were removed from the earlier productions. This is the only year with this tank style and is very rare. The red side covers are in good condition; however, they do show signs of fading in color.
The headlamp is also slightly sun-baked. The pleated seat is in great condition. Cosmetically, the gas tank has some scratches and there is a small paint chip on the right fork. Everything is shown in the pictures. Differing from earlier models, the K2 has two reflectors on the upper side of each fork and the front fender braces connects to the bottom of the fork.

This bike has been well maintained. Recently, a new carb kit and battery have been added. It is an electric and kickstarter.  Both tires are in good condition, not sure of age. The bike sounds good, runs smooth with all working electric. There is some surface rust, no leaks.
Overall, this bike makes a great ride!

We encourage and are happy to arrange inspections. Please call 317.502.2107

The bike is located in Indianapolis, IN. Bike sold As-Is, Where-Is and Buyer is responsible for shipping.

BMW 1000RR and the Honda C70, are they indestructible?

Wed, 20 Apr 2011

I’ve managed 1374 miles on the Michelin Power Pures (mostly on track) and although we’ve had some decent temperatures they still look like new so there’s plenty meat left for another month at least. I’ve been running them at 30psi front and 32psi rear and find they warm up after a few miles but I wouldn’t say the temperature comes any quicker than any of the competition so it has to be four miles before I get brave. I’ve had a few out the seat moments with my BMW but I have got the rear suspension  set pretty hard (8 rebound,8 compression, two turns on pre load) and in slick mode, so 190bhp in first gear at the Knockhill hairpin is always going to be dodgy.

Day 5 Dakar 2014: Coma Wins Stage, Moves Into Overall Lead

Thu, 09 Jan 2014

Red Bull KTM factory rider and three-time Dakar winner Marc Coma won stage five today followed by his teammate Jordi Viladoms and KTM supported rider Kuba Przygonski allowing KTM to scoop the top three places. Today´s stage five from Chilecito to Tucuman was characterized by hot temperatures, lots of sand and navigation in dry vegetation. Organizers decided to cancel the second part of the special for safety reasons and also because heavy thunderstorms threatened the area.
