Honda CB description

Found  this baby stored in an out building. 1965 Baby Hawk black and silver. All original except for the front fender. Bad fuel in the tank and carbs, will remove for buyer. Surface rust on many parts but seems  to be cleaning up very well. This is evidenced by the tank panels, they showed surface rust that I was able to clean up. Note small area on right handle bar that I started to clean. Engine turns over with compression and shifts through the gears. Seat is in amazing original condition, no seam rips, tears or cracks. Original tool bag is there but I don't think the tools are original. I have not gone any further as far as installing a battery and testing spark. Original key is included.

I will assist buyer in getting bike to freight company within 15 miles at no charge.

This beautiful motorcycle is the Moriwaki MD250 road racer, the replacement for 125cc two-strokes in MotoGP come 2012. The alloy beam chassis houses Honda’s diminutive CRF250X uni-cam motor, normally seen wearing long travel suspension and knobbly tyres. The quick revving liquid cooled four-stroke motor offers electric-start convenience and a maintenance schedule that most two-stroke racers can only dream of.

Honda presented its 2014 World Superbike and Supersport team, including the new CBR1000RR SP racebike in a presentation at the Motor Bike Expo in Verona, Italy. Jonathan Rea and Leon Haslam are returning in the Pata Honda team colors to ride the CBR1000RR SP in the WSBK class while Michael van der Mark and Lorenzo Zanetti will ride the CBR600RR in the WSS championship. Last season was disappointing for Honda, with both Rea and Haslam missing significant time due to leg injuries.
