Vintage 1964 Honda Benly. CA 95 150CC This is literally a barn find and purchased from the estate sale of original owner. All original with exception of new starter/ignition switch that is not completely rewired, new battery and replaced one tank emblem with original, not after market reproduction. Has been gone over by local motorcycle shop and carburetor was the only thing that needed cleaned out. Chrome has minimal pitting which cleaned up great with fine steel wool (front wheel started but not finished) Because the original owner didn't drain the gas tank before storage the fuel had solidified and caused some tiny leaks in the gas tank which were also repaired but technician suggested the inside be coated just to be sure completely repaired. Petcock may need replacement Original mirrors, seat, engine... all original and ideal for restoration. Starts with first kick and runs well. Located in Northern Lower Michigan and buyer to either pick up or arrange and pay for transport. |

Mon, 23 Apr 2012The Netherlands hosted a dramatic weekend of World Superbike racing that featured a red-flagged wet race, several riders crashing while leading, a first-time race winner, a photo finish between two teammates and the reigning World Champion finishing out of the points because of a poor choice of tires. The 2011 WSBK Champion Carlos Checa arrived at Assen with the lead in the championship and a three-race winning streak, but opting to run wet tires in Race Two cost him the lead and may have contributed to a crash that severely injured Liberty Racing‘s Brett McCormick. Marco Simoncelli tribute CBR1000RR
Mon, 16 Jul 2012At Mugello Honda graciously gifted Simoncelli's father Paolo with Marco's RC212V race bike from last season, along with this tribute-livery Honda CBR1000RR in his honour and memory.Unveiled in a special and emotional ceremony the Fireblade was designed by Aldo Drudi and was inspired by the memorable Super-Sic colours. The bike will be auctioned off on eBay to raise money for the Marco Simoncelli Foundation. Mugello marked the first Italian round since Simoncelli was tragically killed at Sepang last year.
