1976 Triumph Bonneville (1976)
A 1976 Triumph Bonneville T-140 with 8381 miles is being offered for sale at $5,000. This was the first year Triumph produced a bike with US specs putting the shifter on the left and the rear brake on the right. The bike has a Boyer electronic ignition which makes the bike easy to start. It also has new Hagon rear shocks and new Amal Carbs. Included with the bike are a box of Triumph parts including the old Amal carbs, a WPS motorcycle cover and Triumph manuals. I am the second owner of the bike and it was purchased to do a ride-along with the coast-to-coast Cannonball Run when it came through the greater Las Vegas area. Since moving to the Vistancia area in Peoria, AZ, a suburb of Phoenix, I've used the bike to ride around the greater Vstancia area. If you live within 200 miles of Phoenix I can deliver the bike otherwise I can arrange to have the bike delivered. The buyer is responsible for any delivery fees.2024-06-22 12:51:01Peoria, Arizona, United States8,3815,000.00

1976 Triumph Bonneville (1976)
This bike came from an estate and has not been ridden for 2 years. The previous owner maintained the bike well, now it needs a little TLC. The mileage is original as is the paint.2016-12-15 04:41:27Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, United States1124000

1976 Triumph Bonneville (1976)
Hi ... up for bid a decent-running Triumph T-140. I purchased this bike over the summer with plans to restore it over the winter, but due to other projects, I lost interest. The previous owner rode this bike often. I only rode it in my neighborhood a few times. The bike starts easily and doesn't smoke. The bike looks a bit better in the photos than it does in person. The tires have good tread, but have cracked sidewalls. The rubber on the foot pegs, kick start, etc. are worn and cracked. This bike is worn, but not worn out. It's perfect for restoration or a local rider. This bike comes with some new parts not installed: a set of Amal premier carbs, new throttle cable, new handle bars, replacement side covers, and a top end gasket kit. This is an oil in the frame bike.2016-12-07 04:41:17Cedar Lake, Indiana, United States1416008

This is a complete running 1976 triumph Bonneville. It was restored 3291 miles ago (odometer was reset) motor and trans were rebuilt, tank painted, new seat and frame powder coated. The bile was put together to ride, it has adjustable shocks, different aftermarket mirrors, new pipes etc. It does have disk brakes with drilled rotors. Bike starts right up and runs well, sometimes takes a few kicks but goes well. A Different Bike Magazine
Thu, 12 Feb 2009Motorcycle Retro is a pet project of former Motorcyclist editor Mitch Boehm, launching as Motorcyclist Retro in early 2008 under the Source Interlink media umbrella. It featured a contemporary look at motorcycles of the 1960s through the 1980s. However, the circulation numbers of MR didn’t meet the expectations of the media conglomerate, and they cancelled production of the magazine after just two issues.
