For sale is my 1972 BMW R75 motorcycle, a timeless classic transformed into a stunning cafe racer. This bike was my everyday rider for a time, and it runs great, thanks to a recent tune-up by Valentine Motors in Seattle. A grate candidate for a resto. All original running bike with clear title. Runs and shifts well.

This is a European model imported from Germany - speedo is in KM. I purchased this bike this past riding season, put $1,000 into it and have decided it is not the antique bike for me. 58,000 KM on the clock, speedo works well and everything on the bike works and it's a daily rider.

Got this bike over twenty years ago and shortly after decided to restore it. when i got it it had rusted exhaust,short in the electrical system and all sorts of there issues...I went with stainless steel exhaust,new cables,wheels were sent out and came with stainless spokes,new tires , cylinder heads were updated to a needle bearings style rocker arms,new rings ,reseated valves ,powder coated frame,new clutch ,all new cables, polished forks,powder coated seat base .....When i got the bike it had  17k miles and it had sat outside for a while so it needed most of what was done to it.I went to DMV and the did all the paperwork and of course the title came back with 725550k miles They said that they needed to see the bike to correct it well it was apart so that never got done...The title says 72555miles the odometer with a broken needle says 24565The bike will need tires,battery,rubber grips you decide....It will run and it started on the third kick after sitting 4 years. I was just kicking it to get the oil going before starting it an there it went so with the jumper battery all the electrics work.All in all it can be an easy restoration project and a nice ride for the summer...I would like to see it gone since it is not getting used and it is a waste..Have way too many other bikes and this one just sits in the barn collecting dust.

Vintage BMW classic "toaster tank" R60/5 motorcycle for sale.  This is a second owner bike, I purchased this from the son of the original owner who purchased it new in 1973.  The bike is in excellent shape, clean, in unrestored original condition.  I had the cylinders off, valves replaced, and adjusted.  Runs smooth.  Carbs were rebuilt, but still drip some gas out of the overflow.  Speedometer is not operative, so mileage is not accurate, but I probably only put a couple thousand on it since I acquired it.  I registered this motorcycle a couple years ago, but I have let it expire. Even includes the original tire hand pump and tools BMW supplied with the bike when purchased. Local pickup only.  I can assist in delivery.

1972(built in 1971) BMW R75/5 Motorcycle Over $10,000 invested! I have owned this bike since 2012. From 2003-2004 it underwent a complete frame-off restoration and rebuild.

Please see pictures for condition, flawless besides a dent here and there, almost all original, new clutch, new fuel lines, new brakes (drum brakes). The engine has never been restored and runs flawless. This BMW was owned by a mechanic and stored for 20 years in.

1972 BMW R 50/ 5 is a SWB / Short Wheel Base Model : Large Capacity Fuel Tank, Krauser Hard Luggage bags mount to chrome side  frames , Cafe Fairing has a Honda marking on its inside shell , Front fender is a custom design with a mud flap styled bottom shape for spray protection. This bike runs well . I am downsizing my coral of bikes.
