72 Honda SL125, VIN# SL125-1120163, Titled in Tennessee, The bike has all new cables, levers, lever covers, motor seals, fork seals, headlight, foot peg rubber, kick start rubber, shifter rubber, all bulbs, battery, carb, air filter, seat cover, tires, tubes, handle bars, grips, mirrors, paint, decals, chain and sprockets. It’s not a 100% restore, bike runs good and strong, had up to 55 mph, I have more pictures of the build and I can video it running. 1971 Honda SL125 in full operational and running condition with a clear FL title and over $5,000 in parts and labor put into it over the last couple of years. The bike was completely stripped down to the frame, nuts and bolts and electrical. New parts include a NOS wiring harness and coil, battery, foot peg rubbers and new stainless steel wire spokes. Thu, 12 Feb 2009Motorcycle Retro is a pet project of former Motorcyclist editor Mitch Boehm, launching as Motorcyclist Retro in early 2008 under the Source Interlink media umbrella. It featured a contemporary look at motorcycles of the 1960s through the 1980s. However, the circulation numbers of MR didn’t meet the expectations of the media conglomerate, and they cancelled production of the magazine after just two issues.
