Harley-Davidson V-Rod Night Rod Special has a fastback tail section, a fat (240 millimeter) rear tire, low rise handlebar, cast aluminum performance wheels which take off some weight, and a blacked out look. It has a streamlined front end with a headlight and sport fender and a double barrel exhaust. The Harley-Davidson V-Rod Night Rod Special has a 1247cc Revolution 60° V-Twin liquid cooled engine, with a five speed transmission and weighs in at 666 pounds with the five gallon fuel tank and other liquids already in it and it’s ready to roll. |

2011 Indy Mile Cancelled

The Aug. 13 tragedy killed five people and injured dozens after winds reaching as high as 70 mph caused the stage to collapse.

Thu, 25 Jul 2013Harley-Davidson reported a net profit of $271.7 million for the second quarter ended June 30, 2013, up from the profit of $247.3 million reported in the same period in 2012. For the first half of 2013, Harley-Davidson has recorded $495.9 million in profit, compared to $419.3 million reported in the opening six months last year. “Harley-Davidson again drove strong financial performance in the second quarter, reflecting the many improvements in operations we have made throughout the Company over the past few years as well as our brand strength globally,” says Keith Wandell, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Harley-Davidson, Inc.
