The slipper motorcycle clutch (slip and assist) is a unique Harley clutch that provides smooth, high-power handling in turns or whenever you downshift. By reducing clutch friction, the V-Rod Muscle slipper clutch helps keep your rear wheel at a controlled clip. The Harley slipper clutch also comes on the VRSC Night Rod Special Harley-Davidson power motorbike. In addition to the slipper clutch, the V-Rod Muscle features satin chrome, dual side exhaust with turnout mufflers. Jetting out past the rear axle, these dominating motorcycle pipes add to the fierce, beefy look of the bike. This Harley V-Rod Muscle motorcycle exhaust system proves that a performance exhaust can still be a beautiful set of pipes. ACCEL Stealth Supercoils Now Available For Harley-Davidson Sportsters

First introduced in late-2013 for Harley-Davidson Twin-Cam engines, ACCEL’s Stealth SuperCoils provide quicker engine starting and improved throttle response, while hiding all ignition wiring in the head of the self-contained coil pack; eliminating the need for spark plug wires and creating a clean, custom look. In addition to the flat black and natural aluminum finishes, the Sportster Stealth SuperCoils are offered in flat black with polished aluminum edges. Each SuperCoil mounts directly to the spark plug and features a cross-functional cast aluminum cover that also acts as a heat sink, pulling heat away from the cylinder heads.

Harley-Davidson World Ride Tops 10 Million Miles; Eclipses 2012 Total by 28 Percent
Mon, 01 Jul 2013Motorcycle riders from around the world enthusiastically joined members of the Harley Owners Group (HOG) on June 23 and 24 to shatter last year’s record mileage total for the Harley-Davidson World Ride by collectively logging more than 10 million miles, a 28 percent increase over the 2012 total. Launched in 2008 as HOG’s Million Mile Monday, the annual event was expanded into the two-day Harley-Davidson World Ride in 2012 to give more riders worldwide an opportunity to participate. In 2012, participants logged 7,799,140 miles, but this year as riders celebrated the 110th Anniversary of Harley-Davidson Motor Company and the 30th Anniversary of HOG that culminates this Labor Day weekend in Milwaukee, they blitzed that record by more than 25 percent, tallying an official total of 10,018,231 miles.
