This is a Harley Davidson V-Rod - Street Rod version in excellent condition. The Street Rod has the foot pegs under the rider with a little less rake, so it handles better than the standard V-Rod models. Runs outstanding with no mechanical or cosmetic issues. It has factory HD custom paint, which sets it apart from most 2006 models, and comes with factory VRSCR saddlebags. The left saddlebag has a slight tear in a seam on the underside of the bag that does not affect function. The windshield is Slipstreamer Stealth and is easily removed. I purchased a factory passenger seat that is wider than stock and more comfortable for the passenger. Comes with the original passenger pillion, mirrors and factory cloth cover. I have included photos with, and without the windshield and saddlebags for reference. Shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer, but I will assist if I can. When in Rome for Harley’s 110th
Mon, 03 Jun 2013In addition to all the other goings-on scheduled for Harley-Davidson’s 110th celebration in Rome, Italy, Pirelli and LowRide magazine are teaming up to bring Italian Motor Company enthusiasts even more. During the June 13-16 celebration Pirelli is setting up shop at Lido di Ostia, transforming the Rome Nautical Club in to the Pirelli Clubhouse for this occasion. Guests at the Pirelli Clubhouse can attend tattooing sessions, where images created by Fashion Tattoo Studio will be imprinted on a range of tires. For those who want to try the thrills of driving a racing car through iconic racetracks around the world, the Formula 1 simulator will be available throughout the four-day celebration. Also on show is the new summer collection of Pzero clothing. Pirelli technicians will hold product workshops illustrating the importance of tires on custom motorcycles.
