Harley-Davidson Touring description

Up for sale is a 2005 Harley Fat Boy, bike is in closest to perfect condition you will find.   It has just under 12000 miles on it.  Thousands of dollars of upgrades including Hard road king bags and front fender, tons of chrome add ons as you can see, Vance & hinds pipes, Triple front lights, switches and acc. I Only rode it 500 mile in the last 3 years its time for it to go.  The bike has only been wet washed once a year,  It has only been riden in the rain 1 TIME for about 5 mile till i found cover. I dont take it out if theres a chance of rain.  never rode on wet roads except for the one time it rained on me.  It has always been stored in a heated building and covered.  It is a beautiful Brillant silver not many of this color around.  There is 2 chips on this bike about the size of a small screw head both on the bags one on the bottom corner and one on the edge of the lid on the front i dont think they can even be seen in the picture, there is some pits on front wheel. Oils always changed regulary, and serviced once a year.  I replaced both tires with harley tires 2 years ago both with less than 500 mile on them.  Bike is Located in Mercer Pa 16137  My Name is Bill My number is 724-456-1096 for any questions or to view.

Wed, 20 May 2009

Polaris Industries, the parent company of Victory Motorcycles, announced this week it will form a new on-road vehicle division. The official announcement says the new division “maximizes cohesive and strategic growth for Victory Motorcycles and other on-road products and brands”. Which begs the question: what other on-road products and brands?

Harley-Davidson Suspends All Vehicle Production for Two Weeks

Thu, 19 May 2022

Harley-Davidson announced it is pausing assembly and shipments of all motorcycles for a two-week period due to a problem with a component from a third-party supplier. Production halted as of May 18, the day after Harley-Davidson was notified about the problem by the supplier. The official statement was brief, and offered very little in the way of detail.

More Evidence of a Harley-Davidson Pan America 975 Emerges

Mon, 17 Oct 2022

Earlier this year, we wrote about how signs of a Pan America 975 were mistakenly mentioned in an official Harley-Davidson web page for an accessory locking fuel cap. Up until shortly after our article went live, the page listed the fuel cap as being compatible with the RA1250 (Pan America 1250) and RA1250S (Pan America 1250 Special) as well as two unannounced models: the RA975 and RA965S, which we assumed to be Pan America models powered by the 975cc version of the Revolution Max engine, like the one equipped on the Nightster. Motorcycle.com has now obtained further evidence of the existence of middleweight versions of Harley-Davidson’s adventure-tourer, once again from Harley itself, as well as the U.S.
