Harley-Davidson Touring description

This is a one owner, dealer serviced Ultra Limited Low in excellent condition. This is one gorgeous bike as the photos show. It is the first Ultra limited with the 25.6" seat height. Ideal for those of us under 5'10". My wife and I are selling it for a lighter cruiser since we are no longer doing the long trips. Here is the list of equipment and upgrades:
  • Vance and Hines exhaust
  • Screaming Eagle intake
  • ECM upgrade
  • ABS brakes
  • Daymaker LED headlight and fog lamps
  • LED stop, turn and tail lights
  • Factory Security system
  • Two keys and both fobs
  • Tour pack and saddle bag luggage inserts
  • Driver foot pegs
  • Driver adjustable back rest
  • Navigation
  • Blue tooth stereo
  • Tool kit
  • Custom cover
The bike is equipped just like you would want it. There is nothing left to do to it except ride! Everything that came with it new is included. I have just had the 10,000 mile service done at 8,000 miles, so that it is 100% ready for the next owner. The bike has never been left outside overnight, and has never been in the rain. It has always been garage kept under a cover and is in pristine condition. There will be no disappointments or surprises on this bike. It is priced to sell! Bikes not nearly as nice as this one are listed for thousands more. Plus, I offer 100% refund on your down payment if the bike is not as described. Please contact me with your questions.

Airhawk Introduces DS Comfort Seating System For Dual Sport Bikes, Bikes With Narrow Seats

Fri, 16 May 2014

Airhawk, Inc., has introduced the DS Comfort Seating System, a cushion designed specifically for motorcyclists who ride dual sport bikes or bikes with narrower seats. Features of the DS cushion include a narrow front to match the seat profile of most dual sport/adventure bikes and bikes with narrow seats.  A tapered-down front minimizes unwanted pressure on the scrotum, and a heavy-duty hold-down strap system ensures a secure fit to the bike.  The DS also works well with narrow customized or aftermarket seats that have been installed for the purpose of getting the rider lower to the ground.

2013 AIMExpo: Sumo-X – Video

Thu, 24 Oct 2013

Harley-Davidson riders like to customize their rides and Sumo-X gives them some interesting storage and style options, which we saw at the 2013 American International Motorcycle Expo in Orlando, Fla. The Sumo-X Tour Pack offers an incredible amount of storage behind and around the seat for Harley dressers. It allows you to access two bags or whatever else you’d like to keep in its cavernous opening.

Built For Speed Art Exhibit To Be Displayed At Sturgis Buffalo Chip

Wed, 23 Jul 2014

“Built for Speed – Race Inspired Motorcycles and Art” is the title of Michael Lichter’s 14th annual “Motorcycles as Art” exhibition in Sturgis this August, which for the second year in a row, will be jointly curated by Michael and Paul d’Orleans of the Vintagent. ‘Built for Speed’ is sure to impress visitors with a beautiful and thought-provoking display of motorcycles and related art, the race-inspired theme making connections between motorcycle racing and custom bike designs inspired by racers. Each custom bike in ‘Built for Speed’ reflects a branch of racing; Speedway, Flat Track, Drag Racing, Board Track,  Grand Prix, Land Speed Record, and will be displayed beside the racing machines suggesting the origins of each style.
