It’s an incredibly complex audio and information system that’s remarkably easy to master thanks to an intuitive control system that utilizes twin thumb toggles as a primary means to scroll and select options. This interactive system, with voice recognition and bluetooth capability, is a huge upgrade from the standard Harman/Kardon system we’ve used in previous models. The new Boom Box Infotainment system provides the loudest clearest sound and most intuitive operation ever on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. A key feature of the bike is the motorcycle luggage capacity. The sleek new saddlebags and Tour-Pak provide more room for your gear. New on the Electra Glide Ultra Classic this year are Daymaker LED headlamps and LED fog lamps that provide 450 feet of punch down the road. Harley-Davidson Reports Q2 2014 Sales Results
Tue, 22 Jul 2014Harley-Davidson reported a net income of $354.2 million over the second quarter of 2014, thanks to a 12.4% increase in sales revenue. Actual motorcycle sales volume stayed about even, however, with unit sales increasing to just 90,218 motorcycles from 90,193 sold in the same quarter last year. Though sales were statistically the same as they were last year, Harley-Davidson generated $1.48 billion in revenue from motorcycle sales alone, up 16.2% from the $1.27 billion reported in the second quarter of 2013.
