Up for sale is the full custom one off Misfit Industries Sick CVO. This motorcycle has been featured on TV as well as magazines. This is a rideable full layframe 30" bagger. The Sick CVO is not a bagger with off the shelf parts. Most of the parts on the motorcycle are one off hand built pieces which you will not find on any other bagger around. This CVO is unique and stands out everywhere is goes. The CVO rode the entire Hot Bike Tour (1000+) miles with no issues at all. Cruised 100mph+. Videos to prove. I cannot describe how beautiful this custom motorcycle is nor have I seen any other motorcycle with the quality of craftsmanship that went into building this CVO. Build cost was well over $140K. Pope’s Harley Sells for $329,000 at Auction!
Thu, 06 Feb 2014Bonhams auction house in Paris has announced the unexpected results of the auction held today which included a 2013 Harley-Davidson Dyna Super Glide and a leather jacket owned by none other than the Pope. The results were simply astounding. The Pope’s Harley sold for $328,527 to a private European buyer.
Harley-Davidson Hires ex-GM Engineer Federico
Thu, 08 May 2014Harley-Davidson has hired a former General Motors engineer and executive, most recently recognized for leading the automaker’s internal investigation of its ignition switch fiasco that resulted in a recall of 2.6 million vehicles. Jim Federico retired from GM on May 5 after working in various roles with the company over nearly four decades, most recently as executive director of global vehicle integration. Federico will join Harley-Davidson on June 2 as vice president of engineering.

As Pete wrote in our own review, the Harley-Davidson Sportster Forty-Eight has a rugged, bobber-inspired look with its chopped fender, chubby front tire and underslung mirrors. For the guys over at Cycle Canada, the Forty-Eight conjured up a rather odd image: roller derby.
