Harley-Davidson Touring description

This bike is probably the cleanest Street Glide you'll ever find. It's garage kept and has never been ridden in the rain. It's the 96ci motor with 6 speed tranny, and 6 gallon tank, DNA Megaphone mufflers, and true-dual headers. It has brand new Wanaryd Reactor whipper wheels with new Metzeler tires. 21 X 3.5" front with matching rotors and 17 X 5" rear with 200 tire using stock rotor. Has brand new Arlen Ness 5" extended saddlebags with OEM Harley lids and latches and latch covers, seals, and tethers. Same key for all locks. Has OEM factory alarm system and ABS with cruise control. The sound system is the 500 watt system made by Hog Tunes with Sirius FM Alpine Interface. All factory gauges are in place. It has tweeter but are mounted above inner fairing. The list goes on and on but this bike was professionally lowered using all Progressive suspension. It has chrome forks with Progressive Mono Tube Cartridges and the rear shocks are the Progressive 444's Ultra Touring. Passing lamps have been added giving the bike the old school look with Harley LED blinkers front and rear. Tranny, engine, and primary oil is changed regular intervals with Mobile 1 V-Twin Synthetic Oil. 6000 miles for tranny and primary and at 3000 for engine. The only reason I'm parting with my bike is because I'm no young buck anymore wanting to move on to other things. This bike turns heads everywhere I go and is not easy to let go but it is what it is. Good luck to the highest bidder. You'll be proud to own this bike !

Razor pack is included shown on bike. But disregard the wheels in that picture. I just replaced those 7 spoke wheels with the whipper wheels you see in the other 4 pics !

Drivers backrest also included !

Perspective bidder asked some questions but I forgot to select show answer in listing when I replied. So here is what I said based on the questions...> The bike does come with OEM factory keys and 2 button less security system key fobs, and the original leather bound owners manual. The bike is also set up for a rear USB thumb drive with included Ipod adapter cable as shown and the Alpine Sterio Interface case. The saddlebags also have Harley OEM saddlebag pullout liners!

Small-Displacement Class Considered for 2015 AMA Pro Racing Season

Wed, 04 Dec 2013

More and more manufacturers are entering the small-displacement sportbike market and AMA Pro Racing has taken notice, opening the possibility of adding a new racing class representing the growing segment. With plans to consolidate the Daytona Sportbike and Supersport classes and the Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson series signed through 2015, a spot will open up on race weekends for another racing class to support the premier Superbike Championship. The logical choice is to introduce a new small-displacement class.
