Bike has been kept under cover when not being ridden and stored at Harley Davidson in Lynchburg during the winter. I just had new drag pipes installed and a diagnostics performed using a Harley tuner.
Bike also has a new K&N air filter system installed, new hand grips and has lots of chrome as can be seen in the photos. Mileage is 7498 miles.call for questions at 434-933-8880

46,061 Motorcycles Stolen in US in 2012

An average of 126 motorcycles were stolen in the U.S. every day in 2012, according to a report released by the the National Insurance Crime Bureau. That’s from a total of 46,061 motorcycles reported stolen that year a 1.3% improvement from the 46,667 motorcycles reported stolen in 2011.

Canadian publication Cycle Canada had some fun on a photoshoot for its review of the Harley-Davidson Forty-Eight for the July issue. As Pete wrote in our own review, the Harley-Davidson Sportster Forty-Eight has a rugged, bobber-inspired look with its chopped fender, chubby front tire and underslung mirrors. For the guys over at Cycle Canada, the Forty-Eight conjured up a rather odd image: roller derby.
