IT IS PRE-OWNED AND AS-IS NO WARRANTY OVERALL CONDITION: Motorcycle is in very nice condition, it does have 3 small dings on the top of the front fender, a touch up or two on the tour-pak and hard bags. It is a USED motorcycle. Last year it was on a 2,500 mile road trip to Washington, DC. No issues what so ever. There may be other nicks, scuffs and road blemishes and or scratches. I tried to pick out all the flaws but I may have missed something. Does contain general wear from use. The lower portion of the base of the antenna's are crack but still function properly. Always serviced at Local Harley Dealership! 40,000 mile service completed. Both front and rear tires were replaced about 3500 miles ago. Motorcycle is always in climate controlled garage! Battery Tender included!! Factory Security System!! The only reason this bike is up for auction is because I am getting out of riding! Wed, 27 Jul 2011Living in Shoreditch I come across a unique variety of motorcycles on the road; from XS650s, to classic Lambrettas and one completely brown jelly-mould CBR600. My favourite of the regular bikes I see is this Harley-Davidson badged Armstrong MT500. In my head I like to think that the owner operates as an urban vigilante, realistically whoever rides this ex-Army bike is probably an artist and instead of a weapon in the gun holder it's probably art equipment.
New Screamin’ Eagle Drag Racing Championship Series for 2013
Mon, 06 Aug 2012The NHRA today announced the formation of the Screamin’ Eagle Championship Motorcycle Series for 2013. The new series will feature five classes: Top Fuel, Pro Gas, Draggin’ Bagger, Street Pro and Hot Street. The 10-race series will compete at divisional events as part of the NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series, in addition to the Sportsman ET Motorcycle class that currently competes at various NHRA divisional events.
Harley-Davidson Financial Services to Refund $228,000 in Settlement
Thu, 12 Jun 2014Harley-Davidson Financial Services agreed to reimburse more than 600 customers in Massachusetts a total of $228,000 to resolve a dispute over refunding enrollment fees on loans. Customers receiving financing occasionally pay optional enrollment fees for additional special loan terms. If a customer pays off its financing loan ahead of schedule, they may be entitled to a pro-rated refund on those enrollment fees.
