Selling my 2009 Harley Davidson Road King Custom. The bike has approx
8300 miles and is in excellent condition. I am the second owner. My
friend purchased it new. The bike has new tires and the service is up
to date.
Extras include a Badlander Seat, Heritage Handle Bars, Wheels off a new Street Glide, Driver and Passenger Backrests, Vance and Hines Pipes. Prefer a local cash sale. Will accept local Cashiers Check, but reserve the right to hold the title until the funds clear into my account. I have the clear Alabama Title in hand. Morel has since sent us another photo, offering a clear look at the CVO Road Glide’s right side, including evidence that the new 121ci engine uses variable valve timing.
Dave Grohl Drums to the Sound of a Harley-Davidson Motorcycle
Fri, 31 Jul 2009I’ve got a lot of respect for Dave Grohl. He’s amazingly talented and very driven. Even after Nirvana, the guy is still kicking and in the spotlight with the Foo Fighters and the millions of other side projects he’s done (ie: Queens of the Stone Age). Apparently he’s also a big motorcycle guy. Harley-Davidson did a little video on Dave, featuring him drumming on a snare drum to the exhaust pipes of a Harley-Davidson. The seven minute video goes on about how Mr Grohl bought his first motorcycle when the Nirvana album “Nevermind” started to become big.
New 2012 Harley-Davidson Models Named in CARB Documents
Mon, 20 Jun 2011Documents released by the California Air Resources Board reveal two new models from Harley-Davidson’s 2012 lineup: a 10th anniversary edition V-Rod and a new member of the Dyna family. The CARB documents list motorcycles that have received approval for the state of California. The Motor Company has received approval for several 2012 models including the 2012 Harley-Davidson Night Rod Special Anniversary and the 2012 Harley-Davidson Switchback.
