Harley-Davidson Touring description

2009 Harley Davidson Road King in excellent condition, never been down and is senior owned. Just performed oil service 200 miles ago. Perfect Red Hot Sunglow paint. The bike has ABS, remote alarm and electronic cruise control. The exhaust is a complete Vance and Hines X-pipe system , a Vance and Hines Fuel Pak tuner and performance air cleaner that makes the bike perform and sound much better than when new. Tires are about 70% of new. Also has the chrome saddle bag guard kit. Everything works as is should. Comes with two windscreens, stock and tall and windshield pouch. The bike has 21,500 mostly highway miles and has had regular service, I have built and raced motorcycles for many years and I take excellent care of all my vehicles. I have sold multiple motorcycles and cars on Ebay and have 100% positive feedback.

Please email or call 678-401-2346 with any questions.

If you have limited feedback on Ebay please call before bidding.

The Road King is listed locally and auction could end early.

Harley Declares Women Riders Month

Tue, 10 Feb 2009

Back in July of ’08 Motorcycle.com announced that The Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum and Nationwide Insurance were working together to mark July as Women’s Motorcycle Month in order to honor the contribution made to history by female riders. This May, Harley-Davidson is staging a series of events in order to celebrate women on two wheels by declaring May, “Women Riders Month.” Some of the Harley-Davidson Women Riders Month initiatives will include special rides in New York City and Milwaukee as well as an attempt to grace the pages of the Guinness Book of World Records for the largest number of women motorcycle riders trained in one weekend. Harley-Davidson dealerships will also be hosting women-only Garage Parties, which consist of informal meetings in an unintimidating environment where women can learn about motorcycling.

Thu, 23 May 2013

Laconia Harley-Davidson and New Hampshire Motor Speedway (NHMS) have teamed up to make the 90th Anniversary of Laconia Motorcycle Week even more historic through an effort to raise over $76,000 for the Boys & Girls Clubs of New Hampshire and set a new Guinness Worlds Record. Laconia Motorcycle Week attendees and New Hampshire residents will play a key role in this endeavor by purchasing tickets for a Community Appreciation Parade at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on the final Saturday of Bike Week, June 15th. Participants will have the unique opportunity to ride around the New Hampshire Motor Speedway track, continue on a police escorted, scenic 32-mile ride around the Lakes Region, set a new Guinness World Record and most importantly, raise significant funds for the Boys & Girls Clubs of New Hampshire.
