Harley-Davidson Touring description

This a two owner trike and has been garaged at all times when not on the road .There are no visible defects or scratches. Since it has been sitting in my garage for three years It needs an oil change, and a brake adjustment. To begin it has an eezy steer front end rake, all wheels are chrome spoked, windshield, custom Serius satellite stereo and speaker system, leather pouch package along dash, extra loud horn for safety, full light package on front end, alarm system with FOB, front wheel locking, oil pressure gauge and clock on front handle bars for easy viewing, CD Player, Chrome fender guards, the seats are custom made by Jerry Phipps of Florida who has a web site for viewing, the front and passenger seats with back rest are real alligator and water buffalo hide, the skirt on top of gas tank is alligator also, the engine is all chromed out, the rear is a Champion Trike Kit with custom features, such as tall lights, signal lights and full light bar across entire rear trike kit, the passenger seat is adjustable and is part of the tour Pac, the front brakes are new the rear brakes may need to be bled after three seasons in the garage ,  I believe that is about all that I can put here to describe this fantastic trike,. I have not ridden it for three seasons since I am disabled and can no longer ride. I would rather see it on the road than sitting In the garage. This can be a local pick up. I cannot organize shipping and loading so you will be responsible for this. I can be reached at 781-641-4706 if need be. Thank you and bid with confidence.

Three-Year-Old Motorcycle Prodigy?

Tue, 18 Aug 2009

Even though Tiger woods started paying golf at age two, this story of a three-year-old boy from New Delhi, India is probably just as impressive, maybe more.  Azeem Khan, photographed on the Royal Enfield Bullet above, has been granted a special license by judges in India allowing him to ride his motorcycle on side roads but is not allowed out on the main roads by himself. Khan’s father had to customize the bike so that the young boy could reach the controls and prove that he could handle the motorcycle on his own. I used to sit him on my bike and he would always grab at the controls.

Harley Declares Women Riders Month

Tue, 10 Feb 2009

Back in July of ’08 Motorcycle.com announced that The Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum and Nationwide Insurance were working together to mark July as Women’s Motorcycle Month in order to honor the contribution made to history by female riders. This May, Harley-Davidson is staging a series of events in order to celebrate women on two wheels by declaring May, “Women Riders Month.” Some of the Harley-Davidson Women Riders Month initiatives will include special rides in New York City and Milwaukee as well as an attempt to grace the pages of the Guinness Book of World Records for the largest number of women motorcycle riders trained in one weekend. Harley-Davidson dealerships will also be hosting women-only Garage Parties, which consist of informal meetings in an unintimidating environment where women can learn about motorcycling.
