Harley-Davidson Touring description
Folks this is a unique bike. I am the only private owner following the Tampa FL police department. I bought it in 2006. It has never been in any accident and has good title. I have only used synthetic fluids. It received oil change and new plugs last Summer. The torque in the first three gears is outstanding and has noticeably more take off power than a stock Road King of same year. It has custom pipes as well. If you shop around on private sales you will determine the price is excellent for the mileage. The retail price at Harley dealership is aprox $8500. I am already discounting for minor cosmetics. I am NOT considering any trades. Outside of reasonable offers, please don't bother trying to low ball me with wholesale or trade-in offers. I am willing to travel 40 miles from Portsmouth to show the bike on weekends only. Otherwise you will need to contact me to come see. I will NOT allow you to ride it unless you have a drivers license with motorcycle endorsement.

Wed, 10 Aug 2011Erik Buell Racing has released the third episode of its series about the new 1190RS sportbike. The latest episode focuses on the company’s “Made in America” philosophy, with its goal of producing a high-performance superbike in the U.S.A. As Erik Buell, racer Geoff May and designer Tony Stefanelli discuss the themes of innovation and freedom, we can’t help but wonder however whether they’re talking about American ideals, or about being out from Harley-Davidson’s umbrella.
