With two college tuitions coming up soon, it is with regret I’m selling my 2004 Harley Davidson FLHRS Road King Custom in Vivid Black. This bike is not fuel injected as I preferred the sound and feel of a carburetor, and this one sounds great! This bike has never been down and has been garaged and covered since I purchased it June 20, 2010 pre-owned from our local Harley Davidson dealer. After purchase i put a tall boy seat on it and swapped the handlebars to beach bars. I have the original bars and Sundowner seat that goes with the bike. When I purchased it, the bike had 21,085 miles on it. I have seldom ridden it, mostly around the neighborhood and local country side and only added 783 miles for a total of 21,868. This bike has Vance and Hines pipes and tons of upgrades including a security system. The only mark on the bike is on the front fender where my son rubbed the top layer of gloss off with his bicycle when he was little. I think it could be easily buffed or repaired by someone with the skills or at the local Harley dealer. This beauty deserves to be ridden and enjoyed. I’m selling this as is with no warranty expressed or implied and I will not ship the bike. Local pickup only. Cashier check only or full payment via PayPal. Las Vegas Harley-Davidson Breaks Ground On Vegas Strip
Fri, 24 Jan 2014Las Vegas Harley-Davidson broke ground yesterday on a full-line Harley-Davidson dealership on the famed Las Vegas Strip. A custom Nevada Sesquicentennial-themed motorcycle celebrating the state’s 150th anniversary was revealed as part of the event, along with details on how one lucky rider will win it at the store’s grand opening. Harley-Davidson owners from around the city flocked to the site as Las Vegas Harley-Davidson President Don Andress and Vice President Timothy Cashman discussed the new location and, along with Governor of Nevada Brian Sandoval, unveiled a custom Nevada Sesquicentennial-themed motorcycle.
2015 Harley-Davidson CVO and Twin-Cooled Models Certified by CARB
Tue, 19 Aug 2014The California Air Resource Board has released new certification documents revealing most of Harley-Davidson‘s 2015 line-up. The CARB executive orders, required before a motorcycle is allowed to be sold in California, reveal new CVO versions of the Road Glide Ultra and Street Glide, two low versions of the Electra Glide and more models receiving Harley-Davidson’s Twin-Cooled engine. Introduced last year on the Ultra Limited, CVO Limited and Tri-Glide Ultra trike, the Twin-Cooled engine uses liquid-cooling for the cylinder heads, reducing emissions.
