I am selling this for a friend. 2003 Harley-Davidson Road King, 100th Anniversary, Flhri Shrine Peace Officers Special Custom. New battery May 2016, Comes with: canvas fitted cover four (4) DOT approved helmets, H.D. battery tender with attachments, extra front fender skirt, factory air breather (still in box), and two (2) foul weather suits (men/Women). The bike has always been garaged and covered during the winter.it has a few small scratches on it and one very small dent on the gas tank. One owner and starts up every time. Questions welcome. Harley Recalls 25,000 2014 Touring Models
Wed, 16 Oct 2013Harley-Davidson is acting quickly to address potential safety issues by voluntarily recalling certain 2014 Touring motorcycles equipped with a hydraulic clutch system that may pose a safety issue for riders and/or passengers. The recalls include a Do Not Ride notice to owners and a Do Not Deliver notice to Harley-Davidson dealers until the motorcycle is fixed. “The safety of our customers is our highest priority,” said Tony Wilcox, Harley-Davidson General Manager of Motorcycle New Product Delivery.
Harley-Davidson Recalls 250,000 Motorcycles for Rear Brake Light Switches
Mon, 24 Oct 2011Harley-Davidson is issuing a recall for 250,757 units from its Touring, CVO Touring and Trike line from model years 2009 – 2012. The rear brake light switch on the models in question may become degraded due to the heat from the exhaust systems. This may affect brake light function and may result in a brake fluid leak.
