Harley-Davidson Touring description

Extremely clean, beautiful blue, mechanically perfect.

Tour pack moved back with a kit, screaming eagle race tuner - dyno tuned, S&S 510 gear drive cams, true dual headers and SE2 mufflers, tires and brakes have a couple thousand miles at most, detailed over the winter, bluetooth integration for stereo, HD Tall Boy seat new last year, and the fairing support fix installed last year (they all crack inner supports and the fairing shakes like crazy).

Had the gear drives put in around 41000 / 42000, with a top end refresh. Mechanically perfect. Cosmetics are 90+%, just detailed over the winter and only have 10 miles on it this year.

I have the performance work receipts, and all the work has been done at Woodstock HD since I bought it in from OK a few years ago.  I put a bunch of money into it, to make it a bike I'd have for the long haul, but life happens.  This bike is the way it should have come from HD.  Has plenty of power now, works with modern technology, and has update parts that won't take out your motor when they fail (cam chain tensioners).  Lots of room for the OL.  comes with all of the saddle bag chrome bars if you want to put them back on, and the original tour pack mount, and the stock windshield if you want a clear one.

I'm in Northern IL.  I can't arrange shipping, so if you want to ship it you'll have to arrange all of that on your own.  Local pick up is best.

That’s right, you can win the Harley-Davidson Cross Bones motorcycle that the classic heavy metal band is currently using on stage in their 2009 U.S. Summer Tour.  To mark the 30th anniversary of British Steel , the band will play the entire album live for the first time ever.  The custom bike will have the Judas Priest logo, British Steel graphics and will be signed by the band at the end for the tour for the lucky person who can win it. Hit the jump for all the details.

More Evidence of a Harley-Davidson Pan America 975 Emerges

Mon, 17 Oct 2022

Earlier this year, we wrote about how signs of a Pan America 975 were mistakenly mentioned in an official Harley-Davidson web page for an accessory locking fuel cap. Up until shortly after our article went live, the page listed the fuel cap as being compatible with the RA1250 (Pan America 1250) and RA1250S (Pan America 1250 Special) as well as two unannounced models: the RA975 and RA965S, which we assumed to be Pan America models powered by the 975cc version of the Revolution Max engine, like the one equipped on the Nightster. Motorcycle.com has now obtained further evidence of the existence of middleweight versions of Harley-Davidson’s adventure-tourer, once again from Harley itself, as well as the U.S.
