Harley-Davidson Touring description

We Have for sale a nice 2001 Harley Road King Classic with 17,910 miles. This bike looks great and gets compliments everywhere we go. It has been converted to a Street King, added was the front fairing and Harley hard bags, both were painted to match the paint. The front fairing has the audio system installed and sounds good going 70mph.

The bike also has Rinehart Exhuast, power commander, steel braided lines, and a mustang seat. There are a few nice Harley pieces on there as well. The bike looks great and runs good.

There are few bikes like this one, we have set the reserve low compared to others like it, we have the receipts for about $6000 worth of work and maintenance.

The bike is being sold as-is with no warranty, we will end the auction for the right price!

IT'S 35 YEARS since Evel Knievel attempted to jump 13 London buses at Wembley Stadium. Riding a heavy, slow Harley-Davidson XR750, the American daredevil had serious reservations about the jump, admitting the take-off ramp was too short, therefore limiting the bike's speed. But even though the plucky American knew his chances of pulling off the stunt were slim, he was reluctant to disappoint the 80,000-strong Wembley crowd.

Harley-Davidson Wire Sculpture

Thu, 12 Nov 2009

Contemporary Artist Derek Kinzett is based out of the U.K. and works with wire to create some stunning sculptures. I cant imagine how long it must have taken to make this Harley-Davidson replica but I am sure he is well compensated.  Kinzett has even been commissioned by Nicolas Cage, hopefully he received his payment before Cage’s IRS bill came in…
