First let me say this. This girl has gotten me across country twice, once from Boston to Anchorage. She has never let me down. She is made for the man who wants to get out on the road and just enjoy the present. I am actually quite sentimental about selling her but the temptation to ride is to strong.
Due to a non motorcycle accident I am not able to ride anymore. Any biker knows this is like having a limb removed. 1. The front tire needs a new tube 2. A battery is needed 3. A tune up is needed. Currently not turning over due to dead battery. But here is where this bike is not like any other bike you have ever ridden on. It has been driven, not trailered, in all 49 states, yes including Alaska. Up until this year it was meticulously taken care of. It had to be to make it through all those states. There are no major problems and the only problem it ever had was the cam tensioner chain broke. Other than that the belt driven beast made it through the gravel of the Yukon. So if you are looking at Harley with some history, I am talking real history this road king is for you. I do have some wiggle room on the price since it will need to be towed away. Harley-Davidson Museum’s Custom Bike Show Weekend on Labor Day

Starting Thursday, August 28 at 5:00 PM, the biggest bike night of the riding season kicks off the event-filled weekend. The holiday gathering will also include two custom bike shows, a women’s ride, displays of the 2015 Harley-Davidson Models, and the last chance to see the H-D Museum’s summer show entitled The American Road.

Thu, 06 Feb 2014Bonhams auction house in Paris has announced the unexpected results of the auction held today which included a 2013 Harley-Davidson Dyna Super Glide and a leather jacket owned by none other than the Pope. The results were simply astounding. The Pope’s Harley sold for $328,527 to a private European buyer.
