2000 Harley Davidson Road King-FLHRC Vivid Black 27,000 mi. Excellent condition,Garage stored, all maintenance serviced at dealer. Selling my 2000 Road King. The bike has always been garage kept, never downed or involved in an accident. I have all service records and receipts for anything that has been done to the bike. I'm also including the quick detachable passenger backrest. Add-ons include Vance & Hines slip-on pipes, vintage saddle bag guards, stealth luggage rack, chrome head light visors, Kury highway pegs, and Sundowner seat. Just had the 21k service,and replaced with new rear/front tire, SE cam chain tensioner kit, with high volume oil pump, quickey push rod kit, and installed upgraded AP 37 performance cams. Harley-Davidson Recalls 250,000 Motorcycles for Rear Brake Light Switches
Mon, 24 Oct 2011Harley-Davidson is issuing a recall for 250,757 units from its Touring, CVO Touring and Trike line from model years 2009 – 2012. The rear brake light switch on the models in question may become degraded due to the heat from the exhaust systems. This may affect brake light function and may result in a brake fluid leak.
Harley-Davidson Suspends All Vehicle Production for Two Weeks
Thu, 19 May 2022Harley-Davidson announced it is pausing assembly and shipments of all motorcycles for a two-week period due to a problem with a component from a third-party supplier. Production halted as of May 18, the day after Harley-Davidson was notified about the problem by the supplier. The official statement was brief, and offered very little in the way of detail.
