Harley-Davidson Touring description
1990 FLHT mechanic special! First year EVO motor, burgundy/candy apple red two-tone bike with original paint showing wear. Great 10 footer but 26 year old original paint does show wear. Price is right for new paint. New Ape hangers and cables included (cost $500), also have original bars and will include them with bike if desired. Needs electrical work, approx $500 in parts- ignition module, turn signal module, crank module, main wiring harness needs removed and gone thru to ensure there's no shorts (8 wires). The top end has been completely rebuilt and has a recent new starter. Bike ran and rode excellent with no leaks or smoking. The headlight was left on and it shorted a wire and while trouble shooting the short, I burned out the modules. Easy weekend fix, bike worth $5k-6k when complete. I just bought a brand new Indian and with working 65 hour weeks, have no time to fix this gem, my loss your gain. This is a money maker but I need the garage space now.
NO RESERVE!! MUST SELL!!!! On Oct-16-16 at 20:52:09 PDT, seller added the following information: I'd be snatching this up! http://m.ebay.com/itm/FLH-Main-Wire-Harness-1990-/322179260956?nav=SEARCH |
