Harley-Davidson Touring description

This is one of the ones you don't see offered a lot huh? It is my Father's that we was passing down to me, but we have both decided to step away from street riding, It has only a few miles over 20400 miles. 61 miles a year?! A truly rare bike in the original black color with the Harley pin striping. The seat has been upgraded to a Mustang seat due to original seat did not offer lumbar support. This seat does. The pipes have been changed to first year screaming eagle pipes. Which if my research is correct they are rare because it was the only year the pipes said "Harley Davidson" and not "Screaming Eagle". Also has a air charger kit, and original will be included as well. As shown the Gas cap is aftermarket but original will be included. As I noted in the condition section. These tires are rotted from sitting so many years. The bike has never been stored anywhere but in a garage.

It had sat for 6 years this last go, so we thought we may need to shoot a bit of start fluid in carb, but nope, it popped right off just like it always has. However I will admit that after sitting through a winter it will spew some oil. Always only on the first start after many months. It has always done that.

So it runs great. (sounds really deep and mean), good brakes, smooth riding. I say the bike is in pretty exceptional condition.

I am sure I am missing  pertinent info that one may want so please ask if any questions? If you leave a number i would be ok calling you as well if you prefer?
