2009 Harley Davidson Custom Sportster XL883C Cherry Red/Gold Flake with numerous upgrades to enhance horsepower and sound. It has Vance & Hines slip-on strait pipes, Vance & Hines Power Pack fuel system and K&N air breather. It also has a rack and passenger sissy bar. This Harley really sparkles in the sun, it draws a crowd wherever it goes. The sound is amazing, it doesn’t sound like a sportster. This bike has been well maintained and garaged, it has low mileage and looks great. It fires up instantly, it looks and performs like a much newer bike. Tue, 04 Feb 2014The Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) reported a modest 1.4% growth in U.S. motorcycle and scooter sales in 2013, with consumers purchasing 465,783 vehicles. The sales data represents numbers from the MIC’s member brands which include BMW, Can-Am, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, the Piaggio Group (which includes Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Vespa), Victory, Suzuki, Triumph and Yamaha.

Harley-Davidson Breakout Recall Caused by Fuel Tank Angle
Fri, 25 Apr 2014An official recall announcement by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration sheds some light on the cause of a recall campaign on 2013-2014 Harley-Davidson Breakout and CVO Breakout models. We wrote about the recall last week, after campaigns were initiated in Canada and Australia to address a problem with the fuel sensors not properly reading the correct volume of fuel. We now know the problem is caused by the angle of the fuel tank.
