Harley-Davidson Sportster description

The bike is in REALLY NICE CONDITITION. No mechanical issues at all. It has LA ROSA front fork tool bar and left saddle bag. Long shot exhaust which sound great. Tires are in like new condition. FORWARD CONTROLS, and comes also with all of the factory parts. .Was just serviced at harley and everything checked out 600 miles ago. Has 1800 miles but they will go up a little since  I still riding it. IT IS A REALLY NICES BIKE. I hate to sell it, but I really need the money. Bike comes with a Harley Davidson half helmet.

Zero Motorcycles Named to Made in USA Foundation Hall of Fame

The Made in the USA Foundation has named Zero Motorcycles to its 2012 Hall of Fame class, recognizing the electric motorcycle manufacturer’s commitment to American manufacturing. Zero Motorcycles, founded in 2006 in Santa Cruz, Calif., by former NASA engineer Neal Saiki, becomes the second motorcycle manufacturer named to the Foundation’s Hall of Fame. Harley-Davidson was inducted in 2011.

“We basically saved Harley,” says Sons of Anarchy co-star Mark Boone Jr. (Bobby) to Susan Carpenter of The Hollywood Reporter. In a time before the economic meltdown, motorcycle sales, especially for Harley-Davidson, were booming. After the collapse, sales have only started to pick up again within the past two years (at nowhere near pre-2008 levels, however).
