The slotted chrome disc rear wheel wears a wide tire, nicely balancing out the swept-back handlebar and pullback riser. Power is big and immediate, with the rubber-mounted, chrome-covered Evolution engine. The high-compression, high-flow heads and performance cams get you going. The 4.5-gallon tank keeps you going longer. Just like the custom theme. Forward foot controls. Bullet headlight. And a brand-new optional Profile Laced wheel, shown here. Harley-Davidson Unveils New Road King Special
Wed, 01 Feb 2017The new modification for 2017 received a Milwaukee-Eight engine, a new fork and rear shock. With a dry weight of 355kg, the bike is powered by a 1750cc Milwaukee-Eight 107 V-twin engine delivering 150Nm at 3250rpm. The same unit is put not only on the Road King line, but also on other bikes from Milwaukee.

Wed, 14 Jul 2010The former NHL Detroit Red Wing and Chicago Blackhawks tough guy, Bob Probert, passed away on Monday, July 5, 2010 after suffering chest pains while boating with his family. Probert was arguably the all time greatest NHL fighter but also had great skills, leadership qualities and a big heart. He was taken to his final destination on a Harley-Davidson sidecar before about 1,000 mourners. Probert was 45 years old on his passing, he leaves behind his wife Dani, son Jack and two daughters, Brogan and Tierney. A news clip and some Probert highlights after the jump.
Mopar to Sponsor Canadian Superbike Championship
Mon, 12 Dec 2011Chrysler’s parts and accessories brand Mopar has signed on to be the title sponsor for the 2012 Canadian Superbike Championship. Mopar replaces Parts Canada which recently ended a 22-year partnership with CSBK over controversial comments made by the series organizer on an Internet forum. The seven-round CSBK series includes separate pro and amateur Superbike and Sportbike classes, as well as a Harley-Davidson XR1200 Cup and a new spec series for young riders featuring the Honda CBR250R.
